I've had one of these before from another vendor but it was cheap and fell apart. This one is much better and wow what a difference this makes in my lung training and capacity. I usually use this on a treadmill or elliptical and adjust it to my needs. I can say it's really helped me with my breathing during exercises... now when I go for a run outside without it, my breathing is so dramatically improved. Well worth the small investment.
Very simple but for someone with ADHD who has trouble focusing on his breathing for meditation and exercise this makes it fool proof.
The lung muscle workout is great too. I feel like i get so much more air and get a better workout. I used to use an elevation mask but this is far better.
I've done some meditation with this and had some profound experiences of bliss and relaxation.
I think its because it forces me to slow down my breathing, which changes blood pressure and heart rate and it genuinely feels like im letting go of trauma sometimes.
